- Kat returned to Bowak after maternity leave, taking on a new role within Marketing that lets her explore different aspects of the business. She focuses on improving processes to ensure the marketing team’s success. Kat loves our warm, family-like atmosphere, where collaboration is key. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her little one and pursuing her passion for upcycling.
